Terms and Conditions
Acceptance is expressly limited to the following terms and conditions and all different and additional terms proposed by Buyer are rejected unless given consent, by Seller, in writing. Acceptance of Atlas International, Inc. products constitutes acceptance of Seller's terms and conditions.
Boxing & Freight: Goods are shipped standard ground to the store, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent to your freight forwards in Washington and California, where Buyer then assumes responsibility for additional freight charges. Custom drop ship or express shipping charges will be additional. Please call (714) 622-1550 for details.
Lead Time: All products will ship within 3-7 working days. Call for current lead times.
Resale License: All merchandise is sold to customers for resale. Buyers assume full responsibility for all sales taxes or other assessments imposed by a local or federal government agency. Customer must present an adequate resale or tax exemption certificate prior to settling up an account.
Claims: Claims associated with shortage, loss or shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Buyer must inspect the merchandise immediately upon receiving the product(s). In order for buyer to be held blameless upon receipt of goods, any visible damage to shipping container must be recorded on receiving receipt. Atlas International, Inc. is not liable for: products damaged due to misuse or abuse during shipping, labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, removal, repair, or replacements as well incidental and consequential damages connected therewith are not covered in the warranty. Atlas International, Inc. shall be held blameless in any claim on injury during installations.
Returns & Cancellations: No returns or cancellations will be accepted without first obtaining an approval and a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. This RMA Number must be visible on the returned packaging. All returns and cancellations will be subject to a 25% Restocking Charge. Products must be returned in a brand-new condition and original packaging to obtain a credit, minus the restocking charge. If the products received are not in resalable condition, items will either be returned to the sender at sender's expense or additional charges will be applied to pending credit amount. Credit will only be taken after issuance on a credit memo from Atlas International, Inc. Buyer is responsible for all return freight charges. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the original ship date.
Customer Limited Warranties
One Year Parts Warranty:
For one year from the date of original purchase at Cavaliere ("Cavaliere"), Cavaliere will provide free of charge, non-consumable replacement parts or components that failed due to manufacturing defects. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Cavaliere will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Cavaliere on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. The consumer is responsible for all shipping costs. Consumable parts not covered by this warranty include but not limited to: Light bulbs, metal, aluminum and charcoal filters.
Who is Covered:
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser for products purchased at Cavaliere for ordinary home use in the continental U.S. (Customer in Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, this warranty is limited).
This Warranty Will Be Voided When:
Product damaged through negligence, improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or failure to follow installation instructions. When product is used commercially or other than its intended purpose. Damaged because of improper connection with equipment of other manufacturers. Repaired or modified by anyone other than Cavaliere's authorized agents. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
What is Not Covered:
Consumable parts such as light bulbs, metal and charcoal filters. The natural wear of finish, and wear due to improper maintenance, use of corrosive and abrasive cleaning products, pads, and oven cleaner products. Chips, dents or cracks due to abuse, misuse, freight damage, or improper installation. Damage of product caused by accident, fire, floods or act of God. Cavaliere is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of properties or any costs associated with removing, servicing, installing, or determining the source of problems with Cavaliere products.
This warranty is valid in the United States and Canada. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners of this product. Any applicable implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to a period of express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of original purchase at retail and, no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter.

Typically, you must include product identification information, including model number and batch number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period.
Warranty Exclusion & Limitations: The limited warranties contained herein are not transferable or enforceable by any party other than the original purchaser (user). They shall not apply to damages or problems caused by improper handling, installing, or subsequent movement (transportation) of Atlas International, Inc. product(s) after the delivery. And they shall not apply to damages or problems caused by neglected, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the products original design, accident, negligence by any other party, acts of God, or any other cause beyond the control of Atlas International, Inc.
