Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Awesome jetted tub!
We recently installed the Ariel Bianca jetted tub while remodeling our master bath. It was shipped in a large crate expertly packed arriving with no damage. The unit is totally self contained with faucets and controls in place and it came with water and drain lines attached. My contractor was amazed with the design including the leveling legs so installation was a breeze. It's a fabulous tub that my wife uses almost daily - she absolutely loves it!. The 14 jets are strategically placed to provide a really great experience. The construction also maximizes water heat retention as it does not cool off after using for 30 minutes or so.

Beautiful and functional
Gorgeous tub.
After opening the crate we found some minor damages. Our Plumber managed to install since it may not be visible from the front.
We absolutely love the look and functionality of this tub. The adjuable jets are very strong and it feels very comfortable to take a bath in it.
Caution:
To avoid splashing water all over, always pull out the shower handle and face it down into the tub to open the faucet, until you get use to which direction to rotate the center knob. Counter clock/left turn is the hand held shower handle and clockwise turn is the tub filler/drain open-close function.
I'll update if necessary.

Measure twice/cut once
I will say that this is a legit review; for what it's worth. I am giving a 4 star as I would like to have seen more options. And I like to pick out my fixtures. Do I want to be ultra modern or would I like to go a little back to a vintage look. Great service for what I needed. The Contractor who I worked with threw me into the pool and said; swim. I ordered too large a tub. I have a 70" space and wanted a stand alone. Good advice would have told me that a 67" tub is too large for a 70" space. Bad advice, (no) advice at all led me to greater expectations. Tub has to go back. No whirlpools out there, worth a darn that will deliver in 60". So I will settle for a soaker and enjoy the same. No good soakers here that I could find to my satisfaction.

Doesn't Meet Code
My friend purchased this tub. We had two inspectors look at it, and both inspectors would not pass the inspection because the tub does not meet national code. The faucet cannot be below the rim of the tub. This tub should not be sold.
