- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered the espresso vanity on July 2nd and was super excited because of all the positive reviews. After MANY phone calls and conversations with the staff, including supervisors, we FINALLY received our 2 vanities on September 2nd. Our entire renovation was on hold due to this delay. I completely understand they were switching warehouses, but for it to take 2 months is ridiculous! Their lack of communication is very unprofessional and not sure how they stay in business. They did however offer me a whopping $100 off for my inconvenience. Not much when I spent well over $2000. I will never order from this company again.

We got our storage for a great price
We recently renovated our main floor bath in a traditional cape cod style home. We looked to maximize storage and stay on budget - this piece was meant for us! It arrived perfectly - the packaging was even better than I imagined. We have not put it in the bathroom yet so I will update my review once we do in a few days, but so far it's a great quality piece - the countertop is just my style and soft-close drawers and doors will be fantastic since there are two bedrooms nearby the bath and wont disturb.

Size not as advertised and broken top and back spl
Overall i am very happy with the base of the unit. Unfortunately it is not 53", its 54". So in order to install it i had to extensive drywall and trim work.
Unfortunately the marble top was cracked in half and the back splash was also cracked in half. Although i took pictures when it was unloaded form the truck i was unable to install the unit for over two weeks. I have only inspected the vanity, not the top. This put me outside of my window to request a refund or replacement. I was forced to purchase another custom marble top, so basically the entire intent of getting this unit was a waste of time. I could have bought all this locally cheaper.

Comfortable with the process, install was great too.
Easy purchase it is the focal piece of newly remodeled bathroom. I read through the other reviews before buying this because I wanted to be sure it would complement the space and was worth my budget. It really is. I shopped locally and was a waste of time. Should have shopped online first.

Very nice vanity
This vanity replaced another one we had. It was expensive due to odd size but still $500 cheaper than the original one I ordered from Lowe’s ( that came with a broken top). I googled the manufacturer and low and behold, direct and less expensive for twice the thickness for the countertop. It ended up nicer than expected. The drawers and doors all have soft close mechanisms and the cabinet appears to be solid wood. The marble top is very pretty. A little taller than our other one due to the legs but it is a very pretty piece and I would highly recommend. Only took about a week to come across the country from CA to NC (quicker than it would have been to reorder from a store in the area).

Nicely packaged for shipping
We were not only please with the looks of this product, we were also very pleased with the way it was shipped to us. We were so concerned ordering something heavy online, but when it was delivered, unpacking took some time. That was not an issue with us as it was in perfect condition; not a scratch on the entire item. We ordered the espresso color and couldnât be happier!

Disappointed with paint job
I have high hopes with this product initially after all the reviews. First of all, I got the vanity almost 3 weeks from the date of purchased. Secondly, I wasn't there to see the contractor install the vanity but when I went home and check it was a disappointment The paint was chipped. I couldn't return it because the contractor already installed it. The product looks very nice but it's a disappointment on my end.

Show stopper!
We installed our vanity a few months ago and let me tell you that this is a show stopper! it is so stunning! I am always getting asked where I got my vanity from! Sink is not as big as I thought but I actually like it better because there is more space! Love the door hinges and the drawer slides are soft close. That feature was a plus for me, I love it
