- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)Â
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.

Good quality, challenging plumbing
The quality here is good on this vanity. Very solid and everything feels high end. And it looks great in our remodeled master bath. The big annoyance with this is getting the plumbing to work. There simply isn't room for a standard P trap, so you've got to order a specialized siphon style drain setup which was hard to find and expensive. Also, when you order a faucet, the drain downtube that comes with it almost surely won't fit. Again, you'll have to buy a special part. Even with a special drain system and down tube, it was a real challenge to get everything to fit. And, if you didn't realize these plumbing challenges up front when you put in your rough in plumbing...forget about it. It won't work. In the end it's all doable, but there's no room for error. Just something to be aware of.
