Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Pieces don’t fit accurately
Originally, we weren’t going to have a side splash but the backsplash was a quarter inch longer than the counter so we lined it up with the exposed side and ordered the side splash to cover it up. Now the side splash is longer than the counter. Turns out the counter is shorter on both length and width than the specs indicate otherwise it would all fit perfectly. When I reached out to customer service with many back and forth with pictures, which is how this all got figured out, they blamed in on our wall not being a true right angle, which makes no sense. Such a shame for such a beautiful, top quality vanity in every other way.

Bathroom Remodel
My wife and I decided to remodel our master bathroom. We shopped several stores but could not find the exact vanities nor the quality of what we were looking for. We started shopping online and saw a large selection from Ariel. We ordered two varieties with white quartz countertops and with back and side splashes. We have now installed them and are so happy with how they look and the good quality. I had a couple of questions and we called the customer service number and was given customer service beyond our expectations. We will definitely shop Ariel again.

Ariel Vanity Sidesplash
Fits perfect. Was in need of a sidesplash for my bathroom vanity. I called and spoke to customer service and explained what I needed. The woman I spoke to did everything she could to help me. Was so very polite and friendly and took her time to get me the right thing I needed. I appreciate her doing that so that I didn't have to go through many people and getting wrong item. So thank you so much. And it looks perfect with my vanity.

Super satisfied with purchase, great product.
Very pleased with purchase of vanity, solid counter top & sink. Took a while to realize the sink fits differently than other sinks in our home. It looks fantastic in our bathroom.The handles are nice took one with us when we went to buy faucets. Quite happy with the selection of faucet quite a good match with handles on c vanity.

Only partially polished
Before buying, please know that only one face of this sidesplash is polished (the face opposite the side wall you'll adhere it to). The narrow edge faces, i.e., the top and front when installed, do not come polished.
