Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Beauty with issues
Beautiful. Sink is set back to far from front. Our top right door was broke/off track. Left side, third drawer down had it's bracket 3 inches offset from the other drawers (weird). Love the height. Bottom middle drawer holds all my extra rolls of TP. Have to push the soft closing drawers with enough force to get within 2 inches of closing or gently push until you get the drawer close to closing, to close on their own, or they just stay open. Love all the drawers; their sides are high enough; and they are deep enough. I have the quartz top and when turned over to attach the sink, the bottom was wood - not sure how thin the quartz is....Back is open, although a vertical brace is needed to have the backsplash make contact with the vanity. It is very nice looking. I would not buy again.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service
The vanity, marble counter top, and sink are very well made. The assembly is quite heavy, due to the construction and quality of material used. I contacted customer service after my purchase to obtain the dimension specifications so I could prepare my rough in plumbing and electrical before the vanity arrived. She was excellent, answered all of my questions, and sent me a document with everything I needed to know. When my order arrived, the vanity was not damaged, but the marble countertop was cracked, and the backsplash had a bad scratch. I took photo's, and emailed customer service. They instantly sent me another countertop and backsplash, which arrived in excellent condition. The shipping company, Roadrunner, was also excellent with the delivery.
