- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse

Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.

Performs well
Works great, pulls lots of air, easy to use. I have used this for 10 years now, and the fan is still going strong.
However, after about 6 years, it started to burn out halogen bulbs. Bulbs rated for several years burned out in several months. We switched to LED bulbs, and they hold up better, but found that they are very dimly lit when the light is switched off. After several years with LED lights, we find that after 30 minutes or so of use, the lamps begin to flicker so badly that I have to turn them off. I am now searching for parts, or a new range hood over something as simple as the lights.

Cant find replacement filters
I have had this hood for about 3 years now. The only problem I have is the filters. One over the biggest burner gets really hot and the plastic handle melts a little and distorts. Then, it wont go back in when I wash it. They are always out of stock when I try to order more. If the vent filters had metal handles, it would be perfect!

I really love the design of this range hood. I thought I was hallucinating the price when I first found it online lol, but It's just really reasonably priced. The blue led lights are kind of bright so you have to get used to that. The fan is really strong and it really airs things out. I had some issues come up during installation, as far as fitting it into place when figuring out how much extension we would need etc, but it was no big deal and we got it done. I would definitely buy this range hood again if I ever needed another one. Here is something to note: it comes with a flex duct, but because grease can really accumulate in the ridges it is better to go with a straight pipe, that's what we did.

It arrived on time and the looks exceeded my expectations! Looks high-end at a very affordable price. I had to hire a handyman to do the job because the space between my cabinet and stove was a tight fit and required cutting and ventilation. I have to say this job was labor intensive because of all the custom fitting and installing but I was still pleased with the end result. Everything operates as normal. I read some reviews about the fan being loud, but to me the noise sounds average. I didn't even notice it sounding any louder than any other fan. Well, they all make some noise, but its not unbearable. Plus I only use mine for a short period to remove smoke.

Very user-friendly and easy to install. Got my replacement! My family is very happy with this fan!
This is very user friendly and is easy to install. We were able to get enough exhaust for our five gas range and some others. Removing the grates to clean it has been smooth and the noise level of it's different fan speeds will just allow you to do conversations without having to talk loud in the kitchen. The first one was damaged, but Cavaliere did not hesitate a bit to have a replacement sent! I can say that this is just the same quality as the high-priced Zephyr or Kitchenaid models. My family is very happy having this new fan because it is adding a modern yet very sophisticated look to our remodeled kitchen.

Super happy with this purchase!
I am definitely digging the brushed stainless steel and the super modern look, with the blue LEDs etc. It updated the look of my kitchen quickly, simply and for a low price. It matches my stainless steel appliances and my kitchen goes whoooooshing into the future, lol. Very happy with this. Knocks out odor, crazy powerful fan ( seriously you gotta see it to believe it) . Built to last and made for heavy duty cooking, just like it says- well it's the truth. It's cool that the filters can be tossed into the dishwasher too. Control panel is sensitive and makes me feel ultra cool and scifi when I adjust the speed of the fan. :) Which is actually even quieter than I expected, they aren't joking about that. It packs a punch but you'd never know it by the sound.

Very professional
This feels more restaurant like and professional which I really like. You can just wipe off the filters and they're clean again, you don't have to go through all the rigamorole of putting them in the dishwasher etc just to get them clean. I am impressed too with how much more powerful this unit is than the stuff you can buy in a more known brand name. It's a very professional feeling range. The fan is also reasonably quiet, the highest power level does get louder but that's to be expected. I'm happy with this

happy with my purchase
So I'm really glad I decided on this model. the fan is really powerful and a little bit loud, but honestly it works so well that its really no big deal. Even with my ceiling being a little shy of eight feet it worked out perfectly, I still have the recommended 29" clearance from bottom to top. Looks fabulous too and that's always a good thing.
