Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

very pleased with my purchase
Delivery was on time but the range hood arrived with the hardware packet and instructions missing from the package. I had to call Cavaliere's customer service and they were awesome, very friendly and sympathetic, and they issued me a refund for the hardware. I ended up going to the hardware store for bolts and screws etc and I googled instructions for how to install it, was no problem at all. So now it looks terrific and it works really well too, the fan is really quiet. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Really nice
It arrived earlier than we expected. The packaging was very protective and it arrived in great condition. Installation wasn't too hard at all. It looks great in the kitchen and the fan isn't too loud. One thing to note is that the controls are on both sides. I thought that was pretty interesting.

Its a very nice range hood
I really love the multiple speeds and how quiet the fan is when it is operating. The lights only work on one range of brightness, as in they are not dimmable, which I wish they were but oh well. It looks really beautiful now that it is installed.

handy controls on both sides
It is very convenient to be able to access the switches from both sides and I like the four bulbs that really light up the area. The unit is easy to clean and it doesn't get dusty or dirty looking very easily.

I like it
It's maybe a little louder than I would prefer, but using it on low helps with that issue. It's a very strong fan so it makes sense. Overall I like it.
