Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Problems
I bought this range hood two years ago. I’ve had it repaired once already due to power shutdown of Cavaliere sv218d i30" range hood. now it happened again . Doesn’t work the model is beautiful model Cavaliere SV218D I30" range hood but .
I called to ask for some support and I was told that everything will be handled through emails unaware of how is that going to help me but I would appreciate if someone help me out with this situation because it says it’s supposed to be up to five years and it has just made 2nd year .
just not working at all.

Easy install
Just had hood installed and love it already. Fan is quiet and has many different ranges to match our cooking needs. Lights are bright and can be dimmed as a nightlight if desired. We look forward to many years of cooking & kitchen entertaining with our new range hood fan. After house modification of existing duct work, the island hood went up very nicely.

Very happy with it
Looks amazing, works well, many compliments, lamps get really hot, glass looks beautiful but just like any hood, sticky grease is a pain. It cost me as much to get it installed as the item itself, but it did seem labor intensive since I switched it from a wall location over to a freestanding one.
