Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Perfect touch to our remodeled kitchen.
This is a great range hood. Pretty quiet even when it's all the way up at 6. The lights needed replaced and bulbs were very easy to locate. My wife loves the ability to set her cooking supplies on top of the hood while she is cooking and also that the filters pop out easily to be cleaned. Puts the crowning touch on our remodeled kitchen.

Great deal for a great product
I needed a new range hood for my kitchen and some recommended Wayfair to me, saying that I could probably get a really good deal. They were right. I got a killer deal on this range hood, it shipped super fast, and I was able to install it with a friend that very same weekend Looks great with a quiet fan, makes my kitchen look very nice.

This range hood has the most quiet exhaust fan I have ever encountered. It functions wonderfully well and it looks very attractive too, our kitchen looks beautiful now. I really like that the LEDs can be dimmed. Super quiet function and rugged materials. I highly recommend this unit. Really loving it.

Looks very attractive
I would highly recommend this range hood to anyone. I love how it looks in my kitchen. Has a really strong exhaust fan, even though it has six settings I have never had to turn it up past 3. It's pretty quiet though even on 6. Buttons need to be firmly pressed but that's no big deal at all.

Looks great
It was delivered quickly and well packaged, so in perfect condition. I won't actually install it until this weekend, but I did plug it in with a big orange extension cord to make sure that everything works ok. It looks beautiful. I'm excited to do the install.

30” model issues from bargaining
I purchased 30” wall mounted cavalier hood fan installed 2 years ago and control panel has now stop working and lamps don’t shut off for some reason.
I guess reliability and quality is not in description of product.

The range hood has a great stylish look and makes our kitchen look much more modern. It also on the other hand has a tough and durable design and build. Strong exhaust without being too loud. It's really a great unit.

This looks and operates as an extremely high quality item. It is pretty easy to clean and I like the way the filters pop in and out so easily when its time to clean them. Perfect fit for our kitchen.
