Enjoy fast and free shipping with every Cavaliere purchase, no matter the size, no minimum purchase value required.
1. Small Package Shipments
Expect small package to arrive within 1 to 10 business days, excluding 1 to 3 business days for processing. For expedited shipping inquiries, please contact our Customer Service team.
2. Oversized Shipments
Large or heavy items are shipped via a trucking carrier. Delivery is estimated within 7–10 business days, excluding 1–2 business days for processing, and is subject to favorable weather conditions. Before delivery, the freight carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment. Please note that expedited shipping is unavailable for oversized items.
In rare cases, certain zip codes may be outside our freight carriers' service areas, which could result in order cancellations. However, we work with larger vendors who can assist in fulfilling your order if needed in which case, you’ll be contacted by our customer service team directly to facilitate the shipments.
3. Order Tracking
Once your product leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to the freight carrier’s website and your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 1 business day to update.
4. Package Inspection
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any obvious damage, inform the freight carrier that you wish to refuse the package and document the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the issue via email or phone.
