Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders in the continental United States
- We ship internationally to Canada with shipping costs, please reach out to us for more information
- For small packages: 1 - 10 business days (exclude 1-3 days of processing time)
- For oversized packages: 2 - 7 business days
- A tracking order will be sent via email once the shipment leaves the warehouse
- Contact us within 72 hours by phone or email if there is any damage.
Returns
- A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges
- Time: We accept returns that are brand new and uninstalled within a 80-day period
- After the return process is initiated, we must receive the product back in our warehouse within 80 days of it leaving our warehouse.
- Status: The product must be brand new, uninstalled and be kept in its original condition (including package)
- Cost: There will be NO return fee and NO restocking fees if the item is returned within a 90-day grace period, customers are only in charge of the shipping fee. Damaged packages shipped back to us can incur a restocking fee up to 25%. To prevent this fee, return the product in the same condition including shrink wrap and foam.
- Customers will be in charge for the return shipping fee
- The refund will be provided in the same manner the order was placed, and refund with the same credit card that you used to purchase.

Very pleased
We just installed the unit yesterday and it looks great. The fan is really powerful, my friend stood under it and smoked a whole cigarette to test it out, and even though I am a nonsmoker who does not usually allow smoking in my home, we could not smell one whiff of that cigarette at all. The fan is still pretty quiet too, all things considered. SO pleased with this.

It looks exactly as pictured.
We had some slight problems with installation, mostly really minor stuff that was easy to solve after a little thought, but it ended up coming out fine. The range hood is just as desribed and it functions perfectly. After the adventure of installation I was feeling a little apprehensive, but we are now totally satisfied with how it looks and operates.

Huge improvement!
I have been using my range hood, and using it well, for over a year now, and I haven't had a single problem. It works just as well today as it did on the very first day. Replacement bulbs were not too hard to find. I get lots of admiring looks from guests in my home. It is such an improvement over the ugly old recirculating vent that was there before.

Great product!
Thid addition completely updated our kitchen! It's amazing what one small improvement can do. It's just what we were looking for and it looks so incredible, I'm truly thrilled. I would (and actually already have) recommend to my friends. I was even able to install it myself with minimal issues.

It is a very beautiful product. It is very effective at what it does, both lights and fan. It is a lovely contemporary addition to our home. It is always the first thing that everyone notices when they walk into our kitchen.

Cavaliere is fantastic! It arrived a day early but I was contacted, everyone was very friendly. The range hood was securely packaged and in great condition when it arrived. Would definitely buy this brand again.
